    Sedona Heritage Museum to Host Behind the Scenes Tour

    logo_sedonamuseum2Sedona AZ (February 20, 2017) – The Sedona Heritage Museum will lead a free behind-the-scenes tour of the Museum on Thursday, March 2 from 3-5 p.m.

    Janeen Trevillyan, Historian, will lead a tour of the exhibits in the historic Jordan home, pointing out features and sharing stories that go deeper than the information included in the displays. Lisa Hyatt, Assistant Archivist, will give sneak peeks into the Collections Room and extensive permanent archives.

    20170220_people-shelving-aisleFor members of the community and anyone interested in possibly volunteering, this is an excellent chance to be introduced to the Museum, its services and work and to meet existing volunteers  Museum docents will be attending as part of their on-going education.

    Sedona Gift Shop

    Wine and snacks will be served.  RSVP is requested though not required.  Please call 282-7038.  Feel free to bring friends and neighbors who would enjoy this introduction to the Museum, to a local volunteer opportunity and to potential new friends.

    The Sedona Heritage Museum is in Jordan Historical Park at 735 Jordan Rd in Uptown Sedona, AZ.

Are we merely meat; flesh and blood creations encapsulating what we believe is a soul? Or is a single life the microcosm and macrocosm of human life on earth, each one of us a unique representation of who we believe we are and the whole of humanity at once? We are born. We grow old.
