Celebrities star in shorts about “no ordinary love” at Mary D. Fisher Theatre
Sedona AZ (November 21, 2016) – The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Sedona premiere of “Stars in Shorts: No Ordinary Love” showing Dec. 2-5 at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre.
On the heels of the annual Oscar-nominated short films program, ShortsHD presents “Stars in Shorts: No Ordinary Love” — a collection of seven short films about love featuring some of your favorite stars from the big and small screens.
In “Picture Paris,” Julia Louis-Dreyfus goes to great lengths to add a touch of ‘je ne sais quoi’ in her life, while Peri Gilpin (Roz from Frasier) lives through a pretty tense night of political tension and family qualms in “Election Night.”
In ‘Merry Xmas’, Matthew Modine is a concerned son to the great Dick Van Dyke, a manipulative father with a good heart.
The program also includes short films starring Missi Pile, Patrick Fabian (Better Call Saul), Jason George (Grey’s Anatomy) and Paul Witten amongst others.
“Stars in Shorts: No Ordinary Love” whips from suspense to comedy, not passing by all the necessary drama in between, with some of the best actors from your favorite films and television series.
“Stars in Shorts: No Ordinary Love” will be shown at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre Dec. 2-5. Showtimes will be 4 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 2 and 3; and 7 p.m. on Sunday and Monday, Dec. 4 and 5.
Tickets are $12, or $9 for Film Festival members. For tickets and more information, please call 928-282-1177. Both the theatre and film festival office are located at 2030 W. Hwy. 89A, in West Sedona. For more information, visit: www.SedonaFilmFestival.org.
