Sedona News – The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Northern Arizona premiere of “The Feeling That the Time for Doing Something Has Passed” showing May 17-23 at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre.
Filmmaker Joanna Arnow’s hilarious comedy — “The Feeling That the Time for Doing Something Has Passed” — world-premiered in Cannes’ Directors’ Fortnight.

Ann, a morose New Yorker in her 30’s, feels stuck in all areas of her life. To her dismay, the years have gone by quickly in her long-term casual BDSM relationship, low-level corporate job, and quarrelsome Jewish family. As she begins to feel increasingly alienated, she wrestles with herself and her relationships in this self-deprecating auto-fictional comedy.
“The Feeling That the Time for Doing Something Has Passed” will be shown at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre May 17-23. Showtimes will be Friday, Saturday and Thursday, May 17, 18 and 23 at 6:30 p.m.; and Monday and Tuesday, May 20 and 21 at 3:30 p.m.
Tickets are $12, or $9 for Film Festival members. For tickets and more information, please call 928-282-1177. Both the theatre and film festival office are located at 2030 W. Hwy. 89A, in West Sedona. For more information, visit: www.SedonaFilmFestival.org.
