    Sedona News – The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the encore of “Fantastic Fungi” showing April 13-16 at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre.

    In celebration of its 5th Anniversary, the box office hit “Fantastic Fungi” — directed by Louie Schwartzberg — is returning to theaters with an enhanced experience in “Fantastic Fungi Remastered”, which offers audiences an unparalleled viewing experience with enhanced visuals and sound, allowing viewers to immerse themselves fully in the breathtaking beauty and awe-inspiring wonder of the fungal kingdom.

    Originally released in 2019, “Fantastic Fungi” quickly dazzled critics and moviegoers worldwide with its stunning visuals, captivating storytelling, and enlightening exploration of the interconnectedness of all life forms. The film achieved 100% critics’ rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Now, five years later, audiences will have the opportunity to rediscover this cinematic masterpiece in a whole new light.

    Join us as we celebrate five years of “Fantastic Fungi”, and embark on a cinematic adventure into the heart of nature and discover the hidden wonders of the fungal kingdom.

    “Fantastic Fungi” will be shown at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre April 13-16. Showtimes will be Saturday and Monday, April 13 and 15 at 4:00 p.m.; and Sunday and Tuesday, April 14 and 16 at 7:00 p.m.
