Humane Society of SedonaSedona AZ (August 21, 2020) – The Humane Society of Sedona staff and volunteers are thrilled to learn that we were voted the Best Nonprofit Organization in the Red Rock News Sedona Best 2020 category. Thank you for voting for us, we are so honored you chose us.

We are grateful for the wonderful support we receive from our Sedona community and the surrounding areas that we have been serving since 1966. It is incredibly rewarding to know that our efforts to serve and collaborate with our community is felt and is making a difference.

We are committed to improve the lives of animals in our community and beyond and help everyone who desires the love that a pet brings is able to adopt and provide for their companion. We could not accomplish these goals without the support from you…our community.

You become volunteers that support our dedicated staff members in so many ways. Your donations of food and supplies help us to provide the best care and love that go into making a lost, abandoned, scared animal into a healthy adoptable pet.

You are our “Foster Network”, who provides love and care to our dog and cat mamas and their newborn litters.

You are our long-term medical and behavioral foster families that are always there when we call on you to help with a struggling animal in need of a home environment.

20200821_Cleopupplaying-1453_8x10-72You are our “Adoption Follow-up Program” providing calls to assure that new parents are successful with your new family member.

You help us provide outreach and educational programs so that others understand what we do and how you can help.

Your support of our two Thrift stores provides us with a vital revenue stream to help our homeless animals find their new homes and families.

You support our “Emergency Medical Fund” that allows us to give those animals suffering from illness and injuries the lifesaving care they need. And of course, many of you give generously in so many ways, including at events such as our upcoming virtual “Roaring 20’s Pet Lovers Gala” running Monday to Saturday, Sept. 21 through 26. For more information on this event, visit www.humanesocietyofsedona.org/gala.

A very sincere and gracious “thank you” to everyone from our hearts to yours for supporting our animals.

    Trust

Trust. We must trust our president. He knows what he is doing, and when he is done with Iran there will be peace and stability in the world. His ordering of the attack on Iran and the killing of the Ayatollah was the right thing to do.
