    Construction Delays on Clarkdale Parkway and
    Mountain Gate Drive Closure

    logo_townofclarkdaleClarkdale AZ (July 6, 2018) – Traffic will be restricted to One-Way-Only on Clarkdale Parkway, and Mountain Gate Drive will be closed (between Clarkdale Parkway and Alfonse Drive) beginning July 9, 2018 in order for the subdivision developer to make required repairs to the roundabout at the intersection of Clarkdale Parkway and Mountain Gate Drive. Construction completion is expected by July 16, 2018.

    A temporary traffic signal will be installed on Clarkdale Parkway to control traffic flow during construction. Miner’s Gulch Drive will serve as the primary ingress/egress for residents of the Mountain Gate Subdivision.  Access to the subdivision from Broadway will be via Old Centerville Road, and from 89A via Avenida Centerville and Calle Figueroa.

    The Town of Clarkdale appreciates the public’s patience during construction and encourages people to allow for extra time when travelling in this area and to and from the Mountain Gate Subdivision.  Also, please remember to drive slowly while keeping an eye out for pedestrians and children in residential neighborhoods.

    Questions related to this construction should be directed to the Clarkdale Public Works/Utilities Department at (928) 639-2550.ingress/egress for residents of the Mountain Gate Subdivision. Access to the subdivision from Broadway will be via Old Centerville Road, and from 89A via Avenida Centerville and Calle Figueroa.
