Yavapai County News – Henry Edward Whitmer of Prescott Valley has been elected by the citizens of Yavapai County to serve as the Judicial Officer in Division 5 of the Yavapai County Superior Court. Judge Whitmer received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy, magna cum laude from Arizona State University Barrett’s Honors College in May 2008.
