To believe that my experience should be yours, that one experience has a monopoly on the truth, that any experience could be right, the others wrong, is delusion … and it seems, is the basis of any teaching or religion, right wings and left wings, judgement and arguments — all the wars — from the inner wars to the outer. Each one says: Who you are is not right, is not acceptable and you need to change. Every. Single. One. denies the precious and magnificent beauty that we are. What if instead, we simply love. What if we love simply, love without reason or need? Why not shower kindness and smiles? See how it feels to laugh and cry together or what happens when we unleash a bit more joy in the world.
