The Sedona WomenSedona AZ (December 1, 2021) – The holidays are fast approaching and The Sedona Women are adding their unique flair to the season. A special event, Holiday Traditions Old and New, will be held on Wednesday, December 8th, with a meet-and-greet beginning at 9:30 a.m. followed by the program at 10:00 a.m. at the Creative Life Center in Sedona. New members are invited to join the festivities which will also include a fun and lively white elephant gift exchange.

How many Sedona Women have a holiday tradition rooted in a faraway place?  Or family and friends who instilled time-honored traditions or introduced newly created ones? Members are invited to join in this unique sharing of the crafts, games, and recipes that have shaped their personal holiday traditions during this special time of year.

Several members will share their traditions followed by small breakout groups where participants can continue sharing their personal holiday experiences. Bring your most precious memories that connect us all to the beauty of the holiday season.

    Whack – A – Mole War

It looks like the tried-and-true method of armed conflict where armies face each other and kill until somebody wins or gives up, now all it takes is assassinating the leadership Israeli style. We enter a new phase of war where the leaders are killed first rather than last as in conventional warfare.
