Prescott AZ (September 17, 2020) – UPDATE – Due to a court processing delay in a New Mexico court, Fugitive Jennifer Acuna was released from custody on August 21, 2020; the same day she was arrested on a valid Probation Violation warrant. The warrant was stemming from Auto Theft and Trafficking of Stolen Property conviction from an incident in 2018. Acuna once again has nationwide extraditable warrant with a $25,000 bond.

Prescott AZ (August 24, 2020) – UPDATE – In the afternoon hours of August 21, 2020, United States Marshal’s Service Deputies received information that wanted fugitive Jennifer Crystal Acuna was staying at a residence in the 600 block of Dawn Loop in Clovis New Mexico. Upon making contact at the residence, Acuna attempted to hide behind a chair. She was located and taken into custody by the deputies without incident. Acuna was wanted on a probation violation warrant stemming from a conviction for Trafficking in Stolen Property and Theft charges in 2018. Acuna is currently in the Curry County Jail in New Mexico awaiting extradition back you Yavapai County.
Once again, law enforcement is reaching out and apprehending these fugitives wherever they choose to hide. Excellent work by our partners at the United States Marshal’s Service bringing yet another fugitive to justice.

Prescott AZ (July 17, 2020) – It’s day 17 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in finding Jennifer Crystal Acuna.
On December 20, 2018, while making a probation arrest on another subject, Acuna was contacted with several other subjects inside a travel trailer in the Seligman area. Deputies and Probation Officers found dangerous drugs, drug paraphernalia and marijuana plants inside the trailer. Further investigation revealed the trailer was stolen out of Coconino County and there was a bill of sale showing that Acuna had sold the stolen trailer to a third party. Acuna was arrested and later convicted of Theft, Trafficking Stolen Property and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia but has since violated her probation.
Acuna currently has a nationwide extraditable probation violation warrant with a $25,000 bond. Acuna is described as a white female, 5 feet 7 inches, 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She also has multiple tattoos to include one on the left side of her neck that appears to be lips. Her last known address was in the Chino Valley area.
