Prescott AZ (October 24, 2020) – UPDATE – Thanks to the much-appreciated cooperation of the United States Marshal’s Service’s Violent Offender Task Force, there is now an additional $5,000 available for a tipster who provides information leading to the arrest of Robert David Pearsall III. Pearsall is still wanted on charges of Attempted 1st Degree Homicide and two counts of Aggravated Assault stemming from an incident in September of 2018 in which he attacked a male victim striking him multiple times about the face and head with a hardened piece of wood causing serious injury.
Pearsall is believed to change his appearance often and is possibly driving a white 1999 Acura TL 3.0 4 door with a fictitious or no plate.
Due to this support from the Marshal’s Service, a tipster could earn up to a total of $8,000! We are very hopeful that someone will provide this information to bring this violent suspect to justice.

Catch 22 Program, July 2020
Starting July 1st, Yavapai Silent Witness will be highlighting one fugitive each day in an attempt to encourage the public’s help in locating these individuals so law enforcement can take them into custody. Each day through July 22nd a new fugitive will be highlighted, and a $500.00 cash reward will be offered for information that leads to the arrest of the fugitive (unless private donations come it to increase the amount). This has been a very productive program historically with the help of the community. So, let’s get started!
Prescott AZ (July 1, 2020) – It’s Day 1 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in locating 42-year-old Robert David Pearsall III.
On September 8, 2018 Pearsall was camping in the area of Bear Siding Camp Site near the Verde River when he approached the victim from behind, and unprovoked, Pearsall struck the male victim about the face and head several times with a hardened piece of wood until the victim went to the ground unresponsive and bleeding from the head and face. Pearsall fled the scene.
As a result of the attack, the victim suffered a concussion, a traumatic laceration, partial loss of his right ear and multiple bruises and abrasions.
Pearsall is described as a white male, 42 years of age, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 165 pounds with blonde balding hair and green eyes. His last known address was on Moall drive in Prescott. Pearsall was arrested and was subsequently out on bond at the time of the trial and fled prior to the verdict and sentencing.
Pearsall is wanted on charges of Attempted 1st Degree Homicide as well as two counts of Aggravated Assault. As a result, he has two outstanding warrants. One with no bond and Nationwide extradition and the other with a $100,000 bond and it is extraditable in Arizona only.
