Sedona AZ (January 8, 2019) – Harmony On The Rocks chorus, the Sedona chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society is looking for singers, male and female. “You do not have to read music but you really must be able to carry a tune,” says Robert Butterworth chapter President. The chorus rehearses each Wednesday, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the Church of the Red Rocks, 54 Bowstring Dr. Sedona, off SR 179.

This is a fun group that loves to entertain. They put on an annual show and concert, do Singing Valentines, and are available to perform for service groups and retirement communities. Barbershop four part A Capella harmony is  uniquely an  American  form of music and has gone international. Visit them any Wednesday to arrive at 6:30 pm to experience a rehearsal and learn what Barbershop is all about.

This is a wonderful group of community singers and a great deal of fun! I’m celebrating my 10th year singing with HotR and I love it. Women are now invited to join the international organization and we are proud to do so. Come on along and sing!

I can honestly say, having grown up in the Bronx in the 60s, that if it had not been for the Beatles I most likely would have grown up to be a criminal or been killed in a violent gang war.
