… no composites today, or tomorrow. Mostly I have been out all day, flying, shooting at the ponds after I landed and then some catch up work … tomorrow it is Tucson and unlikely I will have any time to do a composite … but there is always another day … possibly … at least there is today and I am here.
After take off today I flew back to the village and Eric got some shots of me circling overhead and then I did a tour of the rim getting a few nice red rock shots. Then it was into Sycamore Canyon, down the canyon, across the Verde River and gained some altitude to clear Mingus and cruise the Prescott Valley. It was one of those nice laid back flights, just enjoying the scenery and not many photos because the area had a nice layer of smoke … everywhere. I took this shot from just N of Courthouse Rock, looking towards the NNW. Just to the left of the shadowy San Francisco Peaks on the horizon center is Wilson Mountain and to the right and behind it is Oak Creek Canyon. The Chapel is center just in a bit from the left edge … the homes there detracted from the image so they kinda blended in to the image as a lot of white roofs are annoying to look at in an image like this.
Anyhow, it was a very nice day and hope yours was too … keep breathing and keep enjoying life and those you meet and greet. Life is good!

In addition to sales of photographs already taken Ted does special shoots for patrons on request and also does air-to-air photography for those who want photographs of their airplanes in flight. All special photographic sessions are billed on an hourly basis.
Ted also does one-on-one workshops for those interested in learning the techniques he uses. By special arrangement Ted will do one-on-one aerial photography workshops which will include actual photo sessions in the air.
