A Small Town That Could
Clarkdale AZ (November 9, 2017) – In celebration of community and creativity, Made In Clarkdale will host the 31st Annual Showcase in Clark Memorial Clubhouse in historic downtown Clarkdale. The show begins on Thursday November 30th and lasts throughout December 3.. It will be 4 days of art of all mediums, such as: oil, watercolor and acrylic painting, ceramics, metalwork, jewelry, fiber art, literature, music and more.
“This year we are focusing on promoting all art mediums and bringing the whole community together to have fun and revel in the creative spirit” explains Jenny Emminger, part of the new artist/management team. There will be classes for the Clarkdale-Jerome school kids and demonstrations from the artists throughout the show. Along with their core group of artists, this years’ showcase will include art from Yavapai College students, ceramics from the new “Reitz Ranch” (https://reitzranch.org), and books from The Friends of the Clark Memorial Library (www.clarkmemoriallibrary.org) .
