… at least that is what this Cormorant was doing to keep his head out of the massive spray he created when he landed on Watson Lake this afternoon. It was a beautiful afternoon on the lake and the sunset was equally beautiful; I was busy getting the boat and trailer ready for transport so I didn’t get any shots of it, but my friend did. Just something special about being on water when it is quiet and then to have the surface ripped apart by a landing waterfowl …. And then within minutes the serenity and peace returns …

Long day coming up so will do a quick wrap and wish you the very best of all possible days … may you live your dreams today and there is nothing like work to make them come true.

    Smiles,

    Ted

For a few hours here in the still morning I wash myself clean of civilization, and purge myself of things and the accumulated rubbish of time.
I push back history, dismiss interpreters, and stand erect before the dawn, looking the universe in the face, and asking my own questions.
Tomorrow I shall return to the human wheels; but now I defy the world of customs and laws, of sophistry and serfdom; and I yield myself childlike
to the light and the air and the sweet scented dew.
