    Eclectic Art — an exhibit of artistry in diverse media

    Sedona AZ (March 17, 2014) – The Eclectic Art Group will present Eclectic Art — an exhibit of artistry in diverse media — at the Sedona Arts Center’s Special Exhibition Gallery, 15 Art Barn Road, Sedona, April 4 – 9. The exhibition will be open daily from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. Sweet Soiree, the opening reception, April 4, 5:00 – 8:00, will feature wine and sweet treats. All of the artists will be on hand to talk about their works at the reception. Take advantage of the opportunity to ask them about their journeys in art and about their processes.

    20140317_eclecticThe exhibition features works by a group of gifted artists who are members of the Eclectic Art Group, an independent critique group formed in 2002 by Barbara Ragalyi and the late Judy Mendoza. The artists are:

    Gale Craig, Judy Feldman, Norma Holden, Jane Kempe, Benita McDonald, Darleene Nelson, Julee Norton-Cohen, Barbara Ragalyi, Scotti Ruhlman, Jan Saunders, Julie Ronning Talbot, Joanie Wolter

    The show will be eye candy for the soul that includes sculptures; jewelry; photography; works in oil, transparent watercolor, acrylics, encaustic, colored pencil, inks, and mixed media; calligraphy; and collage. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience this eclectic display.
