LIVE at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre featuring Las Vegas sensation Brian Hoffman
Sedona AZ (June 28, 2013) – “Remembering Red: A Tribute to Red Skelton” comes to Sedona when it is performed live, onstage by Brian Hoffman, who is currently playing to sold-out shows year-round in Las Vegas. This outrageous, live theatrical event will be presented by the Sedona International Film Festival at its Mary D. Fisher Theatre. There will be four performances July 11-14.
Brian Hoffman’s “Remembering Red: A Tribute to Red Skelton” is a nostalgic, light-hearted trip down memory lane. His expert portrayal of Red Skelton will have you in stitches with some of Red’s most well-known characters.
Laugh with several of the timeless, loveable characters that Red Skelton created and performed in his variety show including those two seagulls, Gertrude and Heathcliffe. You will also enjoy the silly antics of the dim-witted country bumpkin, Clem Kadiddlehopper, and everyone’s favorite hobo who lived in the city dump, Freddy the Freeloader. Add a little “Guzzler’s Gin” and some pantomimes and you’ll be Remembering Red Skelton — America´s favorite clown.

There will be four performances of “Remembering Red: A Tribute to Red Skelton”. Evening performances will be Thursday and Friday, July 11 and 12 at 7 p.m.; Matinees will be Saturday and Sunday, July 13 and 14 at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $20 general admission and $17 for Film Festival members. All tickets include a meet-and-greet with Hoffman in the lobby after the show.
