The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present David K in three special live tribute shows to Elton John, Roy Orbison and Buddy Holly on stage at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 2, 3 and 4.

David K’s Tribute to Elton John
Friday, Jan. 2 at 7:00 p.m.
David K rocks Elton John’s iconic piano style and costumes, using his multi-octave vocal range, from sweet ballads to Elton’s rockin’ hits. This show shares the legendary history of Elton’s music. Rock along to Rocketman, Tiny Dancer, Levon, Daniel, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me and many more!
David K’s Tribute to Roy Orbison
Saturday, Jan. 3 at 7:00 p.m.
David K sings Roy Orbison’s multi-octave range beautifully. Enjoy the legendary history of Orbison’s music, his famous friends Johnny Cash, George Harrison, Bob Dylan — tragedies and resurgence. Late 50s early 60s hits, to 70s, 80s to The Traveling Wilburys.

Sunday, Jan. 4 at 2:00 p.m.
Rock to endless hits as David K portrays Buddy Holly! Peggy Sue, Maybe Baby, It’s So Easy, That’ll Be the Day, Words of Love, Everyday, Not Fade Away and many more — hits that inspired rock stars like the Beatles and The Rolling Stones.

David K has submitted songs to multiple rock stars and legends such as Randy Meisner of The Eagles, Edgar Winter, Toni Braxton, Rick Danko of The Band and members of James Brown’s band, as well as Jeff Cook of 80s legendary country band, Alabama. David has performed with Jeff Cook, with Fergie Frederiksen of Toto, with Dr. (Matt) Fink of Prince & The Revolution, and has recorded with Joey Molland of Badfinger — original members of The Beatles Apple Records label, and with Phil Solem co-writer of “I’ll Be There For You,” the Friends TV show theme, member of The Rembrandts. Phil played bass on 5 tracks of David’s recent album, “Big News Cafe.” David has met and interviewed countless rock stars for his magazine and for a TV show he’s spent years developing and pitching to national networks. David has been in contention to be on a network songwriter reality shows. He has also worked with major global corporations in musical promotions with Coca-Cola.
David K will take the stage at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre on Friday, Jan. 2 at 7:00 p.m. (Elton John show), Saturday, Jan. 3 at 7:00 p.m. (Roy Orbison show) and Sunday, Jan. 4 at 2:00 p.m. (Buddy Holly show). Tickets for each show are $30 in advance or $35 at the door.
