From Compton and Bennett, the same wackos who brought us “Assisted Living: The Musical” and its sister show “THE HOME…for the holidays”, comes an all-new comedy romp. “One Stooge Shy” is a neo-vaudevillian, non-political satire in song and sketch.

Sedona News – The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present Compton and Bennett’s “One Stooge Shy” on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 16 and 17 at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre.

From Compton and Bennett, the same wackos who brought us “Assisted Living: The Musical” and its sister show “THE HOME…for the holidays”, comes an all-new comedy romp. “One Stooge Shy” is a neo-vaudevillian, non-political satire in song and sketch.

The show is written and performed by national touring artists Betsy Bennett and Rick Compton. They’ve played to sold-out houses ad earned standing ovations in hundreds of venues from El Portal in Hollywood to The Tropical Showroom in Atlantic City.

In “One Stooge Shy”, Bennett exercises her impressive characterization and vocal skills while Compton attempts the same from behind the piano.

Fans of the “Assisted Living” shows will be pleased to meet even more of the eccentrics who populate Compton and Bennett’s collective mind.

“One Stooge Shy” is a new-style, old-fashioned laugh fest. A good time is guaranteed for all.

Compton and Bennett’s “One Stooge Shy” will take the stage at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 17 at 2:00 p.m.

Tickets are $30. For tickets and more information, please call 928-282-1177. Both the theatre and film festival office are located at 2030 W. Hwy. 89A, in West Sedona.  For more information, visit: www.SedonaFilmFestival.org.
