Art À la Carte Dinner at SaltRock Southwest Kitchen

    • Saturday, April 6
    • 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

At Amara Resort and Spa’s signature restaurant, SaltRock Southwest Kitchen, guests can indulge in a culinary journey inspired by Scott’s artwork crafted by Executive Chef Heather Feher. The dinner will transform the canvas of the plate into a savory experience with standout dishes such as the Quail Run, featuring mesquite smoked quail tostadas, avocado and cactus salsa, and the Yellow Leaves & Red Rocks, which includes adobo skirt steak, Pima corn, grilled broccoli florets, phyllo bark and calendula petals.

Emily Scott spent a lifetime in the Northwest before finding her first calling to the Southwest in Sedona. In the Red Rock Country, she discovered a new kind of love for the earth through the desert landscape and found inspiration through the color palettes, vibrations and crisp air.

The Amara Collection aims to capture the beauty of Sedona’s one-of-a-kind scenery. Following the event, the artwork will be displayed throughout the resort to serve as a reminder of the mesmerizing juxtaposition of Sedona’s iconic red rock formations against the clear blue skies.
