Prescott, Arizona (November 5, 2025) – As autumn colors flare across its beautiful walkways, Yavapai College and the Prescott Campus Art Gallery offer a pre-Thanksgiving feast for the eyes: Sixty-seven works of original art – jewelry, sculpture, printmaking, painting, drawing, ceramics, woodworking, lapidary and photographs – created by students, and ready to amaze. Yavapai College invites you to the 2025 Fall Juried Student Exhibition, Nov. 14 through Dec. 12, at the Prescott Campus Gallery, 1100 E. Sheldon Street.
The juried exhibition will showcase the work of fifty-two student artists. Artist/Juror Matthew Cory, who was featured in a solo show at the Prescott Gallery last summer, carefully culled these sixty-seven pieces from a field of 135 admissions. The result is a gallery experience that is, by turns, beautiful, innovative, challenging and fun.
The 2025 Fall Juried Student Exhibition will host an opening reception and awards ceremony on Friday, Nov. 14, from 4 to 6 p.m. Yavapai College’s own Jazz Combo will play until 5 p.m., then the Voci Sorella Choir, from the Yavapai Youth Choir, will sing until the awards presentation at 5:15 p.m.
The 2025 Fall Juried Student Exhibition opens Friday, Nov. 14, at 10 a.m., at Yavapai College’s Prescott Campus Gallery, in the Jim & Linda Performing Arts Center, 1100 E. Sheldon Street. Admission is free. The Gallery is open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. For exhibit schedules or more information, please call: (928) 776-2031 or visit: www.yc.visualarts.com.
Yavapai College operates seven campuses and centers throughout Yavapai County and offers over one hundred degrees and certificates, four baccalaureate degrees, student and community services, and cultural events and activities. To learn more about YC, visit www.yc.edu.

    Compassion Has no Party

Whether you are Republican or Democrat, liberal or conservative, one truth remains: the vast majority of people on this planet are, at their core, decent. They believe in fairness, in dignity, and in the simple idea that other human beings matter.
