    Camp Verde, AZ — Gardeners of all experience levels are invited to dig deeper into the science behind healthy plants at Dynamic Duo: Soil & Roots, an engaging educational class presented by Yavapai County Master Gardener Rashawn Gilmer at Camp Verde Community Library from 4:30-6:00 pm on Thursday, January 15th.

    This information-packed presentation explores the essential relationship between soil and plant roots, helping gardeners better understand how healthy soil supports strong, resilient plants. Topics covered will include:

    • The importance of soil structure, nutrient content, and pH levels
    • How roots interact with soil to support plant growth
    • Valuable insights into the dynamic partnership between roots and soil

    Attendees will also gain practical strategies for:

    Registration is encouraged but not required.  Participants can register online at https://yavapai.events/event/dynamic-duo-soil-roots-99273 or call the library at (928) 554-8391.This program is provided in association with the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension.

    Camp Verde Community Library is located at 130 N Black Bridge Road just off Montezuma Castle Highway in Camp Verde. The library is open Monday-Thursday 8:00a-7:00p and Friday-Saturday 9:00a-5:00p.
