Sedona AZ (February 24, 2021) – The foods that humans eat the most—corn, wheat and rice—are annual crops. Each year, they have to be planted, harvested and often the fields are plowed, releasing greenhouse gases. This system requires lots of fossil fuels and pesticides while it destroys the soil.
