With the assassination of Iran’s Ayatollah a whole new chapter has opened in the art of warfare.

It looks like the tried-and-true method of armed conflict where armies face each other and kill until somebody wins or gives up, now all it takes is assassinating the leadership Israeli style. We enter a new phase of war where the leaders are killed first rather than last as in conventional warfare

Looking at what’s happening in Iran it’s like a game of Whack A Mole where whoever raises their heads first to assume leadership gets their brain whacked into extinction.

So it is with great curiosity that we watch the so-called war unfold in the Middle East.

It’s obvious that to continue the war toward hoped for victory the US and allies, meaning Israel, can only really attack from the air with missiles bombs or missiles fired from ships or planes or bases.

There’s no way they can invade from the ground and take territory as with conventional warfare or get Iran to give up unless they simply bomb the entire country to rubble as they did Gaza..

But there aren’t enough bombs and missiles and drones to accomplish that.

    So, the chess game begins.

The Iranians cut off the straits of Hormuz to shipping.

The Russians and the Chinese keep supplying Iran with missiles which they will use to attack Israel and American air bases and ships.

What is surprising is that they have not acquired a hypersonic missile to take out the two aircraft carriers.

It’s been reported that the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Lincoln has been struck with four missiles but there has been no admission from our side as to whether this is true or not.

But if it is true and they manage to get the other one as well  the ability of the West to win this war is going to be greatly impeded.

But one has to admit that the U.S. and Israel were brilliant in the execution of this war.

They fooled Iran into thinking that a deal was about to be made the night before. The Ayatollah let his guard down. And his head was chopped off.

Israel and the US are hitting Iran with everything they got bombing the daylights out of every port and everything they can reach but Iran is not Gaza.  Iran is not Palestine. Iran is a very powerful country and most likely they’ll be able to absorb the barrage of bombs and missiles and drones and blah blah.

Again, there is no way the US or Israel can launch a land invasion with soldiers and tanks. All they could do is lob bombs. And sooner or later they will run out of these bombs.

I mean the good news is for the military industrial complex who will have to refill the orders and the stock markets because a lot of metals, explosives and stuff like that has to be produced to be able to continue the bombings.

Meanwhile, Iran could just produce more and more bombs and missiles and of course buy a whole bunch of that stuff from Russia and China that are hanging out at the sidelines watching the US military depleted itself.

The type of war now being waged ala’ Israeli style is to kill off the leadership of your enemy first then worry about the rest later. What the abduction and kidnapping of Venezuela’s president Maduro show that the US can penetrate just about any defense and take out a leader.

But Iran is different. Iran is big. I ran a strong. Iran is not afraid. The killing of their religious leader will only inflame Iranians and much of the Arab world. This is not to say that it’s wholly deserved and he deserved to die. I mean the guy just killed 20,000 or so of his own people as reported just because they were protesting.

He got what was coming to him.

What does defeat for Iran encompass? I mean we can’t just go in and nuke the cities because we’d be killing the people that we’re supposed to be liberating.

It would seem that there would need to be an uprising. Enough people to overwhelm the army and take over the government. It’s highly unlikely that they can organize such an effort. And the United States call for regime change may fall flat on his face. If that happens, the war will trudge on and there would be a lot of egg on the faces of those who started it.

Then there’s the question, will Iran be able to keep the Straits of Hormuz closed during the war?

One could say yes. That the Russians and the Chinese have been secretly shipping all kinds of munitions to Iran.

Let’s see what the next few days bring. Let’s see if it’s true one aircraft carrier has been decommissioned by Iranian missiles. Planes will not be able to land or take off. Greatly diminishing their firepower.

It may be that the US and Israel have bitten off more than they could chew. But we shall see.

And America will never ever be a credible peace negotiator ever again because of this brilliance! Don’t see how that benefits anyone anywhere? America has long been viewed as the negotiator of conflicts worldwide. Now we have no negotiation, just lies and overt attacks. When the entire region is in turmoil (and it will be) you can thank the brilliance of Donald J Trump Inc. who have already gotten 3 US service members killed 5 others wounded that we know of. There will be others that is a given fact. Donald J Trump promised No More Foreign Wars, No Foreign Entanglements and yet here we go again! MAGA you were bold face lied to! This makes it 3 wars that the GOP has lied about and started. American blood is just as much on their hands as it is on the hands of Iranian leadership.
Gaza is still a heap of rubble full of disease and starvation. Iran will be the same soon. Where do you think those people will go? Who will they turn to in order to get their basic needs fulfilled? Certainly not the US or Israel as those governments could give a rats ass about any of those people when it gets down to the brass tacks of it all.
Brilliance is doing things without both fore and afterthought of one’s actions. Trump could care less about either of those things. Right now all he cares about is diverting attention from the Trump DOJ Epstein coverup!

JB is correct America just lost what little credibility we had left as peace negotiators or anything else for that matter. Trump and MAGA ran on No More Foreign Wars and now that they’ve clearly started an illegal one they are making every excuse in the book to support the insanity of lies! While Trumps diversion war may take the focus off of him for the Epstein coverup it will not protect him from Legal Lawful Justice for his many many crimes. This is just another crime to be investigated and covered up until Democrats take back the House and Senate in the midterms.
