    Sedona News – Manzanita Outreach is excited to announce the official launch of its innovative online platform  – VolunteerSedona.com – designed to bridge the gap between volunteers and local community needs in Sedona and the Verde Valley. The new website aims to streamline volunteer opportunities, making it easier for individuals and organizations to contribute to the vibrant and supportive local community.

    VolunteerSedona.com provides a user-friendly interface where visitors, residents, and groups can discover a wide range of volunteer opportunities, from environmental clean-ups and trail maintenance to community events and nonprofit support. The platform offers detailed information about each opportunity, including the organization’s mission, event details, and required skills, allowing volunteers to find the perfect fit for their interests and availability.

    “Our goal with VolunteerSedona.com is to make volunteering more accessible and engaging for everyone,” said Spring Graf, program founder of Volunteer Sedona. “We believe that by connecting people with meaningful opportunities, we can enhance community involvement and support the amazing organizations that make Sedona and the Verde Valley such a unique place.”

    • Comprehensive Listings: An extensive database of volunteer opportunities across various sectors, including environment, education, health, and community service.
    • Made for Both Locals and Visitors: A streamlined way for locals to find recurring volunteer opportunities, as well as a calendar for one-time volunteering events for visitors.
    • Direct Sign-Up: Simplified sign-up process to multiple organizations is a main component of VolunteerSedona.com.
    • Group Concierge: Volunteer Sedona staff and volunteers act as a concierge liaison and create a custom volunteer events for groups of five or more people.
