… there are times when I browse images looking for new possibilities and there are times when I look at image and it tells me what to do … it just happens! So I was looking through a portfolio containing abstract photos that I have taken … an image of the bark of a sycamore tree down by Montezuma’s Well caught my attention and I immediately knew that it had to be mated with a photo of Katie … a little work and imagination and we have my Katie Kamo image above. Stealthy and looking for prey!

Below is a photo of a bobcat on the golf course behind my home … she seems a little weary and is catching a few winks … we call it a cat nap … a short light rest … perhaps she is hoping I won’t notice her and somehow morph her into a tree too? So much beauty and so much life all around us, we are blessed.

Time is running short with the visit of my daughter and granddaughters, but what a wonderful visit … enjoy the day and every moment you are granted … they are precious. Keep breathing, live with a joyful attitude and be kind … today is all you have.

    Cheers,

    Ted

The growing grain and the placid sky have a kind of
voice; and though you are alone, the boundlessness of
    the universe is with you.

Go afield with the birds and the growing grain and
the placid sky, and dream and forget; and you will see
that you are changed when you awake.

    Does it Really Matter?

Does it matter if life is illusory or real, if this a material world like most everyone thinks or a dream? It looks and feels real, it offers sensations and feelings that attest to its realness.
