… into a tight formation these two Canada Geese were skimming along just above the water at Watson Lake, near Prescott, Arizona on a cloudy March afternoon. That was the last time I floated my boat on the lake and the last time I was there, the water at the end of the dock was only about a foot deep. Maybe the monsoons have added some water and brought the levels up; if not it will be down to Lake Pleasant for some water fun and shooting … my propeller is supposed to be shipping  from the Czech Republic later this week ,,, last I checked Mariah was still looking rather forlorn without this essential part for flight … I may have to sit in it and make airplane noises for a while.

Today was a nice one, a little on the quiet side, but I did get out for a bit late afternoon and One got her time out in the wilderness of the golf course hunting for critters and thankfully not hunted herself.

Time to wrap the day … all is well as One is curled up on my lap and I type with one hand whilst she has possession of the other one. Travel on the horizon now and that will be fun … life is good! Get out and live it and share the joy you find with others … the human thing to do … and keep breathing.

    Cheers

For a few hours here in the still morning I wash myself clean of civilization, and purge myself of things and the accumulated rubbish of time.
I push back history, dismiss interpreters, and stand erect before the dawn, looking the universe in the face, and asking my own questions.
Tomorrow I shall return to the human wheels; but now I defy the world of customs and laws, of sophistry and serfdom; and I yield myself childlike
to the light and the air and the sweet scented dew.
