    … noodling through the aerial photos this evening and came up with a couple of favorites … Kendrick Peak, draped in gold is above and the iconic pyramid top ever identifying the peak. It is a great hike as well as a great view. Click the link to learn more about this beautiful mountain formed by volcanic eruptions and the last one about 1.4 million years ago.

    Below is a view over the northwest section of the Painted Desert … The Little Colorado river flows from the lower left corner up towards the upper right horizon … to the NW. From just below right center horizon you can see the East Kaibab Monocline one of the important features on the Colorado Plateau and formed about 60 million years ago … check it out! The North Rim of the Grand Canyon appears above the right portion of the monocline.

    I painted the name on my boat after years of thinking about it … it is now official, the name in pure gold color is “KNOT YACHT” … another task completed on the long list of things to do.

    In addition to sales of photographs already taken Ted does special shoots for patrons on request and also does air-to-air photography for those who want photographs of their airplanes in flight. All special photographic sessions are billed on an hourly basis.

    Ted also does one-on-one workshops for those interested in learning the techniques he uses.  By special arrangement Ted will do one-on-one aerial photography workshops which will include actual photo sessions in the air.
