… nearly everywhere in the world … the bay area is especially so and the magic that is Sausalito invites wonderment and an imagination that drifts with the wisps of fog flowing down the hill … spirits fill the air and homes absorb the fleeting moments of sun before retreating into the coolness and quietude of the mists. Sus and I spent Friday afternoon in Sausalito and memories of times long ago now absorbed in the mist flooded back in the present. Corky and I used to enjoy weekend trips up the coast and we spent several weekends (and longer) each year exploring and enjoying the beauty that is San Francisco and environs. Tiburon and Sausalito were always high on our list.

Sus and I were walking the breakwater on the lower level and as we were getting to the end I looked up and saw this piece of magic. There was a lot of traffic on the road and people on the sidewalk between where we were and the scene I wanted to shoot; easy solution just sit on the lower breakwater and let the natural occurring rocks act as a screen getting rid of all foot and motorized traffic … and dream on the beauty that is this home  … wonder what secrets and joys are stored in it?

Time to wrap the day … it was a very good one and a lot accomplished … still there is likely tomorrow to be lived and new adventures to take … always bring a smile

    Cheers … still breathing

    Ted

Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe no less than the  trees and the stars; you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
