… there is the little world that my friends and I visit when we head up to Lake Mary as the SE end of lake is filled with Water Smart Weed and supports all manner of minute life forms. In the shot above a honey bee is busy collecting pollen from the blooms to bring back to the hive … looks like he is doing very well!

In the shot below a damsel fly is taking a short break on a floating piece of the Water Smart Weed …. algae covers the surface of the water. Besides size, damsel flies differ from dragon flies in that when at rest they fold their wings in and alongside of their bodies … dragon flies leave their wings extended.

    Own In Sedona

Brought “Knot Yacht” in for some work today so I’ll be off the water for about a week while the entire exterior is painted with truck bed paint … black and textured which will permanently seal the boat and likely make it a bit faster. After seven years and about 30,000 miles of being trailered around the state a few rivets just will not stay tight … this seems like a cool alternative to re-riveting the boat.

Going to be out of town Thursday and not back till Friday afternoon so the last email of the week will arrive Saturday morning instead of Friday.

Have a beautiful day … share a smile with those you meet and greet … few things make you feel better than a smile!

    Cheers,

    Ted

O SWEET content! where is thy mild abode
Where I may dwell in endless peace?
    Show me the much-sought road
    And give the lease.

The answer came, “Then cease to vainly roam
In search of me, for thou wilt find
    Mu quiet, hidden home
    Within thy mind.”
