… time to take a look at one of our feathered friends as he plies the waterways in search of food … always … a look over at the side of my desk and One is lying on her back paws up in the air after a midnight snack. With cats it is kinda like you feed them or they feed on you … once that is understood there is a very comfortable relationship, but even whilst they snooze on your lap gentle reminders of who is who are communicated via claws extended and every once in a while they scoop up a little flesh. :+)
I took this photo of a pelican from the pier in Half Moon Bay and the reflections of the rigging on fishing boats cast artistic reflections in the still waters of the bay. Some fun shooting and then into one of the restaurants near the pier for some fresh clam chowder … and then back home.
Have a terrific day
Cheers
Ted
…I yield myself to the thousand enchantments of sky and field and wood,
and play again like a child on the soft green of the earth.
And as the God of the universe has made thee to bloom in tenderness,
so also may my heart be made to bloom again.
