… years ago, I was walking the course and got this shot of a coyote basking in the morning light … another one that was temporarily lost, but now has been found. Again getting caught up on projects so devoting spare time to the perpetual task of finding gems and discarding the others. It’s getting easier 🙂
Below are a pair of Harris’s Hawks with the female leaving the branch first … these amazing creatures unlike most raptors are very social and frequently hunt together in pairs. The female is much larger than the male of the species.
Kicking the trip to the lake into next week … the water is up twelve feet from the last time I was out and anxious to get out there again. Have a beautiful day, share a smile with those you meet and greet and do keep breathing … it makes the day go so much better!
Cheers,
Ted
Spare me from bitterness and from the sharp
passions of unguarded moments. May I not
forget that poverty and riches are of the spirit.
Though the world know me not, may my thoughts
and actions be such as shall keep me friendly
with myself.
