… the wildlife we find along the shoreline, on the lake and all the other places we shoot which focus on the birds or animals, but in a very real sense the beauty of the foothills to the Bradshaw Mountains has a beauty all its own and independent of the primary reason we head down to the lake. You will seldom see the overall view when I am concentrating on getting shots of an eagle near the shore, but here is the view we witness daily when we are down there … oh, and that is an adult bald eagle flying in the foreground … looks like I pulled a focus on him too 🙂 and yes I’m in my boat on the water.
My ultimate goal down there is to get a shot of a Puma coming down to the lake for a drink. Someday I may get it … I’ll keep trying!
Don’t forget to visit the archive for these missives and photos; the last thirty are posted … just click on the title for the one you would like to view.
Have a beautiful day … just look at what is out there wherever you find yourself, smile and give thanks for being able to see the beauty of nature or the city.
Cheers,
Ted
