… flight has always been a part of me … we lived under the pattern for Wold Chamberlain Airport in Minneapolis … now known as Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport. If it flies I love it!
It was many years before I was able to take up aviation as a pilot … on September 12, 1996, I took my first lesson in a glider at Turf Soaring (now gone) in Peoria and Noel was my flight instructor. Three flights the first day and ninety days later I had my Private Pilot license … then the aerobatics instruction … cross country flying and one year after my Private Pilot license I had my Commercial Pilot license … Noel took me through the whole thing and a little later he returned to the Army and resumed flying for them … multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and after retiring he began flying for NetJets. We have stayed in touch over the years and occasionally been able to get together … yesterday he flew this Cessna Citation Sovereign into Sedona and we had a chance to get together for a while and catch up … then it was on to Carlsbad, CA for him and on with the day for me.
The Sovereign is a totally cool aircraft and makes traveling by air a delightful experience again … if you can afford it … another reason to spend a dollar on the Arizona Lottery once in a while 🙂 Me? I am going to return to Amtrak which is a totally civilized no stress way to travel!

In addition to sales of photographs already taken Ted does special shoots for patrons on request and also does air-to-air photography for those who want photographs of their airplanes in flight. All special photographic sessions are billed on an hourly basis.
Ted also does one-on-one workshops for those interested in learning the techniques he uses. By special arrangement Ted will do one-on-one aerial photography workshops which will include actual photo sessions in the air.
