Happy Labor Day to you and hope you have had and continue to have a fun and safe weekend. My favorite time of the year is arriving with cooler weather, monsoons are still here too, but they will be fading soon. The Hummingbird migration is just beginning and sometime in the next six or so weeks the fall migration will begin for waterfowl and other migratory birds and my outings will see the cards in my cameras filling up. Bubbling Ponds, Watson Lake and other places will be receiving many winter visitors and temporary respite for those who travel further south … love it!

Spent a lot of today going through older folders and working on images. I found this on of Moon Jelly Fish (Aurelia) that I took at the Aquarium of the Bay on Pier 39 in San Francisco. If you have gone through the Aquarium you have seen them and if you haven’t you should make the trek as it is well worth it. The Aquarium is owned by The Bay Institute and they have wide conservation interest throughout the bay area:www.thebayinstitute.org , check it out. Part of my life, us and others collection.
Have a terrific time today and whether or not you are on the road, be safe! Have a beautiful day.
Cheers
Ted

The disease was idealism. Because of it I did the thing in life I wanted to do … Writing.”
