    … been listening to music from years ago … Perry Como, Mac Davis, Johnny Rivers, Rod McKuen, Dire Straits and Celion Dione singing I’m Alive, as I began working on the email for tonight … life is so very precious and needs to be lived to the fullest each and every day … that is all we have and when it is over, that is it! Live and dream of what is and what can be.

    The presentation at the Sedona Westerners Hiking Club was a lot of fun … check them out if you have an interest in hiking as they have groups and outings for persons of all skill levels. I have no problem wringing a plane out doing aerobatics, flying through rotor (if it is a good wave on the other side) flying ridge lift close to mountains, but some of the hikes the advanced hikers do would require a parachute on my back.

    Clouds are for dreaming and the photo above inspired the title above … and the one below looks like an ejection from the sun but appears to be a rotor type cloud backlit by a setting sun over House Mountain … be cool to fly through that loop 🙂

    Time to wrap it for the night and the week … back Monday morning. Have a beautiful weekend and enjoy the fabulous weather … Brrrr!

    Huge smiles and joy!

    Ted

    When age has come, to-morrow
    You’ll speak with God to leave some kindly deeds
    Writ by your name that softened selfish creeds
    Of man’s slow moving love of brotherhood,
    That brought new hope to them who near you stood
    In life’s dark streets or sunlit meads.
    To-morrow you’ll ask God for better deeds.

    To-morrow, O to-morrow!
    Fast fall the fading years. A though, a dream
    Of gentle words; of faith and love a theme;
    A smile, a step or two, and all is done.
    Quick is the veering stream of life full run;
    Yet in the crimson west still a gleam
    To-morrow and tomorrow’s endless dream.

    It Takes a Lifetime and Sometimes Even More

    By Amaya  Gayle

    Sedona, AZ — It takes a lifetime (perhaps lifetimes) of stretching and expanding, ripping and tearing, just to move through one’s predispositions, to meet one’s inbred resistance and evolve to the grace of simple tolerance. During this precious part of the journey, it feels like you are taking the steps, are choosing right, left or straight ahead, that you are in the game.
