… I took this shot a couple of weeks ago and from my vantage point a couple of thousand feet above the village, the place I call home … the astounding beauty and  appeal of this small patch of land on planet earth brings a smile to my face … I can see it all before me … the roads, the rocks, the forests, the trails and all the life that is occurring beneath me. It is a place of solitude and unspeakable beauty and for this brief moment it is all mine … and now yours.

Have a beautiful day as we complete the final day of 2019 … while we celebrate the beginning of another circumnavigation around the sun, the universe is oblivious to it all and continues its expansion and the symphony of creation … forever, and as Corky and I oft told each other when referring to our love … forever after that.

Thank you for allowing me into your home for yet another year … the journey continues …

    Ted

But from the brooding beauty of the night, and daily dancing shafts of golden sun …
The mystery and wonder of the world … that play the soundless music of the soul
And fill the heart with memory’s olden dreams … From these will come at last your faith in God.

If you recently moved to Sedona, you may notice that every four years, residents vote on something called Home Rule. The July 21 vote is simply about who controls Sedona’s city budget.
