    … I began work on an entirely new series of images, composites and straight photographs to use for the screen backdrop complementing the artistry of Anthony Mazzella when he performs live at the Mary Fisher a week from Saturday. Each image will be created for the composition that it accompanies. We think it will be fun and  for sure you will be captivated by his extraordinary talents. The concert setting allows him to let loose and you will get the full experience and range of his talent. You can purchase tickets to the concert at: and tickets are only $15.00 each. Suggest you buy soon as the venue only seats about 120 people.

    The image tonight is one of the composites that will provide a backdrop for one of the songs from Anthony’s Heavenly Guitar album … it will fill the screen and the music will transport you through the heavens. The base shot in this composite is a photograph of white tulips from Filoli Gardens in the Bay Area … one of my favorite places to shoot flowers and the galactic image is from out there :+)

    A fun day and very productive. Eric helped me wax Mariah and it sure goes faster with two doing the work.  I offered to take him up when we finished but he was not thrilled with the prospect as winds were 15 kts gusting to 24 kts and I think they strengthened as we worked. Kept us cool though so that was good.

    Time to wrap the day … hope your day was a joyful experience and in a few hours we begin the new one. Smile a lot and keep breathing … always my favorite exercise!

    Cheers

    Ted

    Sleep sweetly now that the gates of the crimson night are closed,
    and leave tomorrow’s struggle for tomorrow;

    It Takes a Lifetime and Sometimes Even More

    By Amaya  Gayle

    Sedona, AZ — It takes a lifetime (perhaps lifetimes) of stretching and expanding, ripping and tearing, just to move through one’s predispositions, to meet one’s inbred resistance and evolve to the grace of simple tolerance. During this precious part of the journey, it feels like you are taking the steps, are choosing right, left or straight ahead, that you are in the game.
