… The photograph above was taken .05 seconds after the photo in the last email … he is well into flight and the power of his wings is quite evident and the talons are free of the perch. Just another little miracle that plays out all over the world every second of every day … it is there for the viewing and wonder of all that is on this little planet which is hosting our lives.

Below is a shot of a coyote atop a sand spit in the lake … there is water just behind him and just in front of him … his fur is a little wet as he has been fishing and from the looks of him, he is doing a lot better than most of the fishermen on the lake … the fish are spawning and coming into shore where our furry friend awaits their arrival. A few minutes after this shot was taken, he curled up on the bank, in the sun and took a nap.

Into the weekend and more weather coming in … the rain is supposed to begin again in a few minutes, and I intend to enjoy it with the window open letting the cool night air in and the sound of the rain. Have a beautiful weekend, smile and share the joy you find in life!

Back on Monday … such is the plan.

    Cheers,

    Ted

After the day’s struggle, there is no freedom like
unfettered thoughts, no sounds like the music of
silence. And though behind you lies a road of dust
and heat, and before you the fear of untried paths, in
this brief hour you are master of all highways, and
the universe nestles in your soul. Therefore, in the
night, sit still a while and dream awake, ere you lie
    down to sleep.

    Beatles Tribute at Blazin’ M

I can honestly say, having grown up in the Bronx in the 60s, that if it had not been for the Beatles I most likely would have grown up to be a criminal or been killed in a violent gang war.
