logo_theprinciplemovementSedona AZ (September 27, 2015) – The world is full of movements. They’re created to foster a plethora of social, political, religious and even commercial ideals. Many of these are well motivated and some are performing excellent works and have large followings. But despite so many efforts, we still live in an increasingly divided world.

Though there are many beliefs about why this is so, The Principle Movement exists for the sole purpose of promoting positive principles as a source for mitigating strife and division. The humanities movement is independent and culturally non-aligned.

Recently launched, the movement is currently orchestrating petition drives that are attracting global support in encouraging greater application of principles in leadership.

On September 30, an event is scheduled to introduce The Principle Movement to Sedona and the Verde Valley. Subsequent meetings are planned for the last Wednesday of each month.

The beating of Tyre Nichols at the hands of the police preceding his death at the hospital could have been avoided if only he had the sense to not resist them. People fail to understand that on the streets, cops are basically “God.” You can’t fight them. If it takes one, two, five, ten or twenty officers they will eventually put you down and hurt you if they have to in the process of detaining or arresting you. In the Bronx we would fight amongst ourselves but when the cops came it was “Yes, officer. No, officer,” and do our best to look as innocent as possible. People need to understand that cops on the street represent the full power of the state and government. Read more→
