logo_stpatricksSedona AZ (February 13, 2014) – Last call for entries in the 44th Annual St. Patrick’s Parade! Monday, February 24th is the deadline for all applications to participate. Submit your parade entry forms as soon as possible because entry slots are limited and filled on a first-come first-served basis.

Entry forms for the Parade were sent out to all previous participants, and we would also love to see new faces! So, if you need an entry form, print it from Sedona Main Street Program’s website (www.sedonamainstreet.com) or pick up a copy at the Chamber Visitor Center on Forest Road in Uptown Sedona. The business application fee is $100 per entry and $25 per non-profit or individual applicant.

The festivities will be on Saturday, March 15th in Uptown Sedona. The Parade begins at 10:30 am, making its way down Jordan Road starting at the Jordan Historical Park and ending at Mesquite Avenue. A free Festival immediately follows until 3:00 pm.

The Sedona St. Patrick’s Parade & Festival is made possible thanks to our generous business sponsors who provide financial support, donors who provide in-kind or discounted services and media partners who promote the event. This year’s event sponsors include: Parade Title Sponsor – Aspey, Watkins & Diesel Attorneys at Law, Festival Title Sponsor – Red Rock Western Jeep Tours & A Day in the West, and Over The Rainbow Sponsors – Sedona Pines Resort and Sedona Fudge Company. Special thanks to the City of Sedona and almost 200 volunteers who donate hundreds of hours to make it happen.

Sedona Main Street and NAU Parks & Recreation Management Programs are proud to present this community event in cooperation with the “Green Team,” Sedona’s St. Patrick’s Parade Committee. Please visit our website and Facebook page for current event information and documents, or call 928-204-2390 if you have questions.

    Beatles Tribute at Blazin’ M

I can honestly say, having grown up in the Bronx in the 60s, that if it had not been for the Beatles I most likely would have grown up to be a criminal or been killed in a violent gang war.
