    logo_sedonapubliclibrarySedona AZ (May 25, 2019) – Local history will be featured in a special presentation in the Sedona Public Library’s Si Birch Community Room on Wednesday, May 29, at 6:30 p.m.  The program is free and open to the public. 

    Clancy Sage, a docent at the Sedona Heritage Museum and board member of the Sedona Historical Society, will be presenting “ How the Sedona Art Scene Got Started & Famous Artists that Lived Here.”

    The presentation will cover how Sedona became an art community including the formation of the Sedona Art Center and the Cowboy Artists of America. It will also profile some of the most famous artists that moved to Sedona and their art work.
