    DANIEL EACHUS

Daniel Eachus is a rising star in the comedy world. Even at such a young age, Eachus has the chops of a comedy veteran, and the world is beginning to take notice. Born and raised in Fresno, CA, he was surrounded by farms but didn’t want to smell raisins for the rest of his life. So, he turned to comedy to get him out. For college, Daniel’s wish came true, and he left Fresno to study in Long Beach, CA. By day, he was a student. By night, he performed on the stand-up comedy circuit. After just one year of nightly performances, he became the youngest finalist ever in the Funniest Comic in Los Angeles contest.

Daniel’s television career quickly took off when he made it to the finals on Comedy Central’s Up Next, which then led to his second televised appearance on several episodes of FOX & HULU’s Laughs. Since then, Eachus has put out two stand-up albums with 800 Pound Gorilla Records that have been playing regularly on Sirius XM, Spotify, iTunes, and Pandora. And his debut Dry Bar Comedy special A Mild and Skinny Guy now has over a million total views!

But doing stand-up is simply not enough for Daniel. Eachus launched his writing career by co-writing LOL Network’s Dead House (produced by comedy giant Kevin Hart). In 2021, he solidified himself as a bona fide author with the release of his first book of comedic short stories titled A Day at the Zoo in 2062.

Daniel has starred in 22 national television commercials — advertising everything from Dollar Shave Club to ESPN to Fruit of the Loom underwear and the holy grail of commercial acting, Oscar Mayer. His first movie appearance came in 2022, with a lighthearted role in the Paramount+ film “Amy and Peter Are Getting Divorced”.

    JC ANDERSON

    Sedona Gift Shop

JC has appeared on NBC Sports, Amazon Prime and has performed at Improv, Laugh Factory, LA Comedy Club, Orpheum Theater, Comedy Palace, Stand Up Live, House of Comedy, IMPROV and Stir Crazy.   He has shared the stage with Nick DiPaolo, Doug Stanhope, Shang, Dana Carvey, Lisa Landry, Bruce Baum, Craig Gass, Jim Breuer, Adam Devine, Preacher Lawson, and WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley.

JC’s other short careers was professional wrestling and a stuntman where he has appeared in several movies.  JC’s latest movie “States” was released on Amazon Prime in 2021.

When not performing, JC is a comedy producer for the Orpheum Theater in Flagstaff, Elks Crystal Ballroom in Prescott Arizona, and was a part of the production team for the annual Big Pine Comedy Festival held in Flagstaff and San Diego. JC was also selected as a SLO comedy festival performer in 2023.

    MATT SANTOS

Matt Santos is an Arizona-based comedian, journalist, and broadcaster who has found humor in covering everything from major international news events to local human-interest stories.

As host of The Mile High Show podcast, Matt has been featured as both a podcast host and stand-up at various comedy festivals throughout the southwest, including the Big Pine Comedy Festival & Phoenix’s Bird City Comedy Festival.

Stand-Up Comedy Night hits the stage at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre on Saturday, July 13 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $20.

For tickets and more information, please call 928-282-1177. Both the theatre and film festival office are located at 2030 W. Hwy. 89A, in West Sedona. For more information, visit: www.SedonaFilmFestival.org.

Belief vs. Suspicion: Will Iran go the Way of Iraq, Gaza and Palestine?

It was belief that Saddam had weapons of mass destruction that led us into war with Iraq. It’s suspicion that Iran seeks to build a nuclear warhead that has led us into war with them.
As it turned out, Saddam had no weapons of mass destruction. Will it be the same with Iran?
