    Plan for daytime lane closures on State Route 89A between Prescott Valley and Jerome near June 16

    Drivers should plan for delays and allow extra travel time

    Arizona Department of TransporationJerome AZ (June 11, 2021) – The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for daytime lane closures on north- and southbound State Route 89A between Prescott Valley and Jerome while cattle guard repair is underway.  

    The following restrictions will occur from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 16:

    • SR 89A will be narrowed to one lane only with alternating north- and southbound travel between mileposts 331 and 334 near Legend Hills Drive.
    • Flaggers will guide drivers through the work zone.                                         

    ADOT advises drivers to slow down and use caution around personnel and equipment while cattle guard repair is underway.

    Schedules are subject to change based on weather and other unforeseen factors.
