Sedona AZ (March 10, 2017) – Motorists using State Route 89A between Sedona and Flagstaff should allow extra travel time Monday through Friday, March 13-17, while Arizona Department of Transportation crews continue paving in Oak Creek Canyon.
SR 89A will be reduced to one lane from just south of Grasshopper Point (milepost 376) to Pine Flats Campground (milepost 387) between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily. Flaggers will provide alternating north- and southbound travel through the work zone. Motorists should allow extra travel time and plan for delays.
Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
