Unify Sedona … a Rainbow Alliance and PFLAG of Sedona and the Verde Valley will present a panel followed by a Q&A session, led by Jen Emmerich, LCSW, ACSW, specialist in Transgender/Gender Equity. The panelists — J.J. O’Brien, Brianna R., Christine V. and Deanna O. — identify as transgender and/or non-binary individuals and will provide real life information as they share their life experiences.

A slide presentation that includes photos and short bios of those lost to violence in 2024 will be shown as names are read. We will walk out of the theatre in silent candlelight as we exit the evening.

Transgender Day of Remembrance will take place at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $12, or $9 for Film Festival members. For tickets and more information, please call 928-282-1177. Both the theatre and film festival office are located at 2030 W. Hwy. 89A, in West Sedona.
