    Northern Arizona Healthcare Welcomes Urologist to Verde Valley Medical Center in Cottonwood

    Verde Valley News – Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH) announced that Michael MacDonald, MD, has joined Verde Valley Medical Center (VVMC). Dr. MacDonald is a urologist, specializing in diseases of the male and female urinary tract system and male reproductive organs. He is accepting new patients.

    “We are pleased to welcome Dr. MacDonald to the team at VVMC in Cottonwood,” said NAH Medical Group President Pasquale Bernardi, MD. “Dr. MacDonald has extensive experience in urology and having his skills available to patients will be a huge asset to northern Arizona residents. We know how important specialty services are to the community, especially in-demand services such as urology, and we are will continue to honor our commitment of delivering exceptional health care close to home,” Dr. Bernardi added.

    Dr. MacDonald, who has over 32 years of health care experience, believes in a holistic, patient-centered approach to care. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit and completed his residency in urology at Detroit Medical Center through the Wayne State University residency program. He is board-certified with the American Board of Urology.
