Narcotics my Ass! Marijuana may still be a schedule III drug according to Federal Law but not State Law which the arresting officer(s) should be enforcing rather than seeking spectacular headlines for a nothin burger!
She should be fired or reprimanded for being stupid in a school zone which millions of faculty parents and students have done for decades (particularly at sporting events) be it alcohol or marijuana but the laws were crafted to prevent real narcotics like heroin, meth an fentanyl from being sold to or used by young children not to charge adults with serious life altering felony charges for sneaking a legal drink or a hit of legal marijuana.
Again she’s a moron for doing so in a school zone but no way does this rise to a felony offense.
Marijuana is currently a Schedule I not III drug despite being legal in nearly every state in the nation and country in Europe. That was a typo on my part above.
