Sedona AZ (April 6, 2014) – Low Impact Gentle Yoga Wellness Classes are being taught in Sedona by Certified Yoga Therapist Pamela Joy. No experience necessary and all ages are welcome. These classes are suitable for anyone with health challenges, flexibility issues, or just looking for a gentle, relaxing yoga class. Classes meet at Sedona United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, 110 Indian Cliffs Road, Sedona AZ 86336 (just off route 179 opposite the roundabout from Back O’Beyond Rd.)
