Arizona Corporation Commission

All the candidates are fine except for Republicans Peterson and Sloan. Vote for those two only if you want APS to continue to have sway over the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC).

Peterson was appointed to the ACC during the Champion Formal Complaint against APS’s last rate increase. Despite all the evidence provided by Champion (and Intervenors, myself included) that APS’s last rate increase was unjustified and wrong, Peterson voted with APS and against ratepayers. Read More→
